Cryptocurrency payments: Payments made in cryptocurrency are final once confirmed on the blockchain and are non-refundable due to the irreversible nature of blockchain transactions. If you have a problem with a service you have purchased, contact us promptly and we will work in good faith to resolve it.
Consulting services: We will perform the services described at the time of purchase. Specific scope, deliverables, and timing will be confirmed in writing (email is sufficient) before work begins.
We operate an internal tool called Something4u Publisher, which uses TikTok's Login Kit and Content Posting API to publish short-form video content from our brand websites to TikTok channels we own and operate. The tool is not offered to external users.
When we authorize a TikTok channel through Something4u Publisher, our use of the TikTok APIs is governed by TikTok's own Terms of Service and Developer Terms of Service in addition to these Terms. We use the TikTok APIs only to post content to channels we own and operate, using only the scopes necessary for that purpose (user.info.basic, video.upload, video.publish).
